Mr. Brooks has a BS Degree from Auburn University and Juris Doctor from the Birmingham School of Law. Mr. Brooks has served as President of the Huntsville Board of REALTOR'S , Regional Vice President of the Alabama Association of REALTOR'S, President of the Huntsville Multiple Listing Service, State President of the Residential Sales Council, and President of the Huntsville Women's Council of REALTOR'S. Additionally, Mr. Brooks has twice served as Chairman of the Annual Alabama Salesmanship Conference, Chairman of the Alabama Association of REALTOR'S Legislative Committee, and has served as National Chairman of the Residential Sales Council's Annual Convention. Mr. Brooks was Honored as the 1981 REALTOR of the Year for Huntsville and the State of Alabama Association of Realtors. In 1982, Mr. Brooks was Inducted into the National Association of REALTOR'S Honor Society, Omega Tau Rho.

Mr. Brooks is an Owner/Broker of E.S. Brooks & Associates, a real estate appraisal and consulting firm, an instructor of the Alabama Association of Real Estate Appraisers, and Owner of E.S. Brooks School of Real Estate. These last two companies are educating Real Estate Professionals.

Mr. Brooks has held the 5th Congressional Seat District of the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board. He currently holds an Alabama Real Estate Brokers License and is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser. Current Real Estate Course Offerings
